エンボススペーサー加工
Thermoforming for embossed spacers
TAB・COF用エンボススペーサー用として導電PET、PET、PEI、PEN、PI、PI 2層など各種フィルムを熱成形しています。（クリーンクラス＝10,000レベル）
Embossed spacers for TAB and COF are manufactured by thermoforming of plastic films, such as PET ( standard and antistatic ), PEI, PEN, PI.（Clean level: class 10,000）

変圧器の段間紙の耳折り加工やプレスボードによるコイルの端部絶縁物の曲げ成形加工等、お客様のニーズにあった変圧器の絶縁加工品を製作しています。
Fabricated insulators for transformers, such as edge folding of interstage insulation papers or bending of edge coil insulation from compressed boards, are manufactured according to customer's requests.

3,200ｍｍ×1,600ｍｍの大型テーブルサイズのＮＣルーター加工機で、大面積で精密さを要求される製品にも対応しております。
Large size materials are processed precisely with this NC router machine equiped with a large table （ 3,200mm x 1,600mm）.
四面モルダー
Four-side molder
角棒の自動面取り装置で一度に４面全てを加工することができます。
Four-side molder is an automated chamfering machine, and four sides of square log are chamfered at a time.

絶縁物の精密加工
Precise processing of insulating materials
CADとルータを駆使して、電力用油入変圧器やガス絶縁変圧器等の耐熱ボードやプレスボード絶縁部品を精密に加工しています。
Insulating materials such as heat resistant boards and compressed boards are precisely processed for oil-immersed power transformers or gas insulating transformers with CAD and routers.
連続超音波相間絶縁物加工
Continuous ultrasonic bonding for phase insulators
独自開発した自動機により、プレス加工、超音波溶着加工を連続的に行う方式で相間絶縁加工を行っています。
Phase insulators are manufactured by continuous pressing and ultrasonic bonding with this original automated machine.
塗工装置
Coating facility
装置全体をクリーンルームに設置。プラスチックフィルムから金属箔まで、様々な基材に対応し、各種粘着剤や接着剤等が塗工できます。
（クリーンクラス=1,000レベル）
The entire facility is installed in a clean room with class 1,000 clean level.Coating of various adhesives or varnishes is available on plastic films or metal foils.
塗工装置（ドライヤー部）
Coating facility --- Dryers
ドライヤーは効率の高いフローティング方式を採用。基材に非接触のため、キズを付けずに乾燥が可能です。またＨＥＰＡフィルターを備えたドライヤーをクリーンルーム内に設置することで、レベルの高いクリーン処理を実現しています。
Floating dryers which has high drying efficiency are adopted. As the dryers do not contact to the coating substrate, scratch-free drying is available. High clean level is achieved by installing the dryers with HEPA filters in a clean room.
塗工装置（コーター部）
Coating facility --- Coater
コーター部分はさらに一段高いレベルのクリーン環境を実現。運転中は完全に独立したクリーン環境にすることで、塗膜中の異物や欠陥のない製品を提供します。
Higher level of clean environment is realized at the coater. Coating products which are free from contamination or coating defects are available by making the coating areas separated during the coating operation.

自動車用ハーネスのプロテクトシートとしてスリット加工から両面テープ貼りまでを行っております。
Slitting and double-sided tape lamination are performed to fabricate protect sheets for automotive harness.
